Hey there!
I just wanted to give you guys a quick update on where I am with my writing.
I finished the outline! Thirty-seven chapters as it sits now. To be honest, I think it could be more but who knows.
It took me something like two or three weeks to do, but that’s because I mostly did it in the hour or so of peace I have before bed at night. I wasn’t very good at waking up early to write, something I have been doing better at this week.
I’ll admit, I took a couple days to step away from that story and work on thought dumping another one, which I’m quite excited about but let’s just say it’s a logistical nightmare. Just think ancient historical character meets time traveling (though he doesn’t know he’s time traveling) 21st century dude and history is on the line. Yeah.
So anyway, today I wrote the first paragraph of the first draft itself. As I’ve said before, I’m going to be writing this thing longhand for at least two drafts. So I began the writing in my Leuchttrum 1917 and I shall be writing much much more in the days to come. Thirty-Seven chapters is a lot of writing and I’ll probably need another notebook for it but I’ve got a while.
I’m excited! I plan on at least giving you guys weekly updates, though I’d like to do it more often, so I hope you’ll stick around!
